I find this fascinating, as the issue is really with memes, and beliefs, and finding ways to disrupt memetic conditioning.
Here’s one takeaway from this article:
Voss recommends that all your questions start with “How” and “What”. “How can we solve this problem?” “What is the objective?” “What about this is important to you?”
“Who”, “What” and “where” questions are simply answered with facts. No good to us here. “Why” questions sound accusatory.
Voss calls these “calibrated questions.”
